Here are the basic steps you would expect to go through:

  • Finding the right home for you We will find suitable properties for you to view based on the information we will gather from you when we meet and discuss your requirements.
  • Reference checking Once we have found the right home we will need to do reference checks .
  • Signing the Tenancy Agreement Once the home is found and the reference checks are completed we will need you and your new landlord to sign the Tenancy Agreement which will outline the terms and conditions of the tenancy.
  • Paying the Deposit Expect to pay the equivalent of 6 weeks rent, usually fully refundable if all obligations of the Tenancy Agreement are fulfilled.
  • Inventory Finally just before moving in we will conduct an inventory inspection of the property recording the details of the home including the fixtures and fittings describing their condition and that of the property generally.
